A center of excellence for the two sealing technologies, it also has expertise in high temperature cofired ceramic (HTCC).

In a building of approximately 5,700 m2, equipped with a 500 m² 10,000 class clean room for the treatment of raw ceramic, would be Bollène assuring the full production cycle for ceramic components from start to finish. 

The site also provides the assembly, surface treatment and control of metallic glass packages - metal and ceramic - as well as the manufacturing of glass beads and carbon machining. 

It is equipped with an engineering department for ceramics and for glass-to-metal, as well as R&D resources.

In line with the digital transformation of industry, the Bollène facility is fully committed to Industry 4.0.

The plant has been equipped with latest-generation equipment, including a modernized HTCC line, automated high-speed ceramic cutting machine, and an automated optical inspection system (AOI) for quality control.

Digital process supervision through MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and equipment interconnection ensure total production traceability, aiming to optimize cycle times, performance, and component quality.
