Egide USA's facility in Cambridge, Maryland, USA, is pleased to announce that its glass to metal sealing and brazing assembly processes, High Temperature Co-fired Ceramic process and various inspection departments are fully operational.
1st half 2020 revenue at €17.27m (+16.1% YoY) ; All subsidiaries are growing: Egide SA: + 16.3% , Egide USA: + 20.8%, Santier: + 10.7%
[...] With the assistance of the Federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) and a third party hazmat remediation company, Egide is able to report that the hazardous material has been removed and contained without release to the surrounding community.
On July 1, 2020, the Egide USA facility in Cambridge, Maryland, USA had closed, a fire started within the plating area. It was quickly extinguished and there were no injuries. Under these circumstances, all the Egide Group's US and French teams are mobilized to satisfy current orders and serve the urgent needs of its customers.
